@KRTRFXR: For recording live TV, it is recommended to use a USB hard disk that supports USB 2.0 or later and 5,400 rpm or higher. RAID-type USB hard drives and USB memory sticks are not supported. For further information, please take a look at page 180 of the user manual by following the link below.

I did see this, however I am having a hard time finding something that fits this description when shopping. I am looking on say Amazon. Do you have any suggestions, that are cost effective?
