I have recently lost channels 101 to 105 (BBC One HD, BBC 2 HD, ITV HD, 4 HD and 5HD). I have all other freeview HD channels. I did have them on this TV before a resent restart (just to move TV), and on my previous TV, so I know I have access to them.
Have tried restarting system, auto tuning and manual tuning all frequencies, but never get these five channels back. Can anyone suggest a solution?

disconnect the aerial from your tv...then auto tune your tv...next step reconnect the aerial and then retune again

...and if that doesn't work, look to see if areal cable is damaged, or if not sure just buy a new one (cheap on amazon) as mine was damaged inside affecting signal

Thanks. I can't seem to retune it without an Ariel. I hope it's not a damaged Ariel lead as it's chased into the wall!!

Unfortunately I've been unable to do it. There is no facility to retune without the Ariel, I've switch it off, unpluggged the Ariel and left it. Come back a couple of hours later plugged it all in as before now there is no option to retune or reset the TV 🙁

Retuning won't cost anything so I would try that first.

Just wanted to add my thanks as this solved my Ks9000 tv problem. To add... make sure you go to the auto tuning settings before disconnecting the aerial

Thanks for this, was beginning to think I would have to replace my loft aerial.
Have recently had house re roofed and bought a new qled tv.
your suggestion has fixed my problem 🙂

I have exactly the same problem - has anyone found a solution. Full factory reset didn't work. Other TV using BT hub works perfectly. Now wish I'd bought a cheaper TV requiring a hub, then it's BT's responsibility...
