I have recently lost channels 101 to 105 (BBC One HD, BBC 2 HD, ITV HD, 4 HD and 5HD). I have all other freeview HD channels. I did have them on this TV before a resent restart (just to move TV), and on my previous TV, so I know I have access to them.

Have tried restarting system, auto tuning and manual tuning all frequencies, but never get these five channels back. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi @RSmith1   Firstly can you check you have the latest firmware for your model.   Ideas would be disconnect from mains for around a minute and try again, you may need to go through retuning process before connecting aerial if issues persist.  General guidance here https://www.freeview.co.uk/support/living-with-freeview/aerials-and-reception/some-of-my-channels-mi...

It is possible that may find some channels in the near the bottom of the guide from 751 onwards but may need to ask Freeview for further advice. Further details here Freeview Tv Changes

Hi @James4578 thanks for your reply.

I’ve now tried numerous full retunes including removing the aerial and restarting TV. I have also updated the firmware.

I have have tried a manual return following the steps on freeview  site, and I have realised that my TV is not picking up channel Frequency channel 30 (which I’m informed is BBC B HD) so I guess that’s the problem. I will try to contact freeview for advice, but would appreciate it if yourself or anyone else has any further advice on this issue.

Sorry to jump on your thread,  but I’ve now got the same issue. Lost all HD and misc other channels. Live chatted  with Freeview who checked all my settings and tried manually tuning, but to no avail. Can anyone offer any help?

I’m sorry to hear that... I’ve still had no joy either. Beginning to think it may be a fault with the TV so back to Samsung!

Don't know if you still have this problem but this has recently occurred to my Samsung smart TV. To resolve the problem I contacted Samsung and with the following method restoring my HD channels, for now at least. Simply remove yourself aerial connection and auto tune your TV. This does now find any channels but reconfigures the internal TV tuner. Then reconnect your aerial and follow the auto tune process again and you should fine that the HD channels 101 to 105 are restored.

Yes my issue was sorted by a similar solution and replacing my Ariel cable which was defective. So these issues I think are more likely to be signal related treat her than TV software issue. Thanks for responding

Hi. Which part worked for you?  As I have the same issues.  Buying a new ariel or disconnecting it the tuning again? Thanks
