I have recently lost channels 101 to 105 (BBC One HD, BBC 2 HD, ITV HD, 4 HD and 5HD). I have all other freeview HD channels. I did have them on this TV before a resent restart (just to move TV), and on my previous TV, so I know I have access to them.
Have tried restarting system, auto tuning and manual tuning all frequencies, but never get these five channels back. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi @Sarah1917 Have you tried other suggestions such as switching off Tv/connections for around a minute and retuning. Some also found that removing aerial and scanning before connecting it again clears the cache. see also about Manual tuning here if Auto Tuning still an issue. https://www.radioandtvhelp.co.uk/help-guides/television/manual-retuning-to-restore-reception-or-miss... You could check this guide here https://www.freeview.co.uk/help/reception-picture-and-channels-troubleshooting-guide

Thanks for this. I've tried the switching off TV and connections, now I'm going to try unplugging the aerial. I'll keep you posted - thanks!

I did it by unplugging the TV aerial from the wall and the other end left in the TV. This way when I started the setup the TV detected an aerial attached but found no channels.
Then I reattached the aerial and ran setup again, this time filling the channel list with everything it found.
Everything works fine now.
Sorry! I also reset the TV before starting all this.
