Hi, hope you can help. I bought the new Samsung QLED tv yesterday and I can’t get Freeview channels. I have bought a brand new aerial (digital), I have tried every option on the auto tune and still nothing happens. It only ever finds 5 of the tv plus apps.
Any suggestions?

You need to figure out if it's the TV or the new aerial antenna causing problems. I would suggest to test the aerial antenna on another device and see if you get any channels. If yes, do the same on TV and if you get a different result, contact customer support (Samsung if it's a problem with the TV or Antenna provider to make sure that it works as it should).
If the antenna works properly (and it's detecting channels - coverage might be an issue) then on the TV should be a straightforward process.
TV Plus channels are via internet, not via aerial.

What's the full model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
