I’ve bought Samsung TV’s for years and have been loyal to the brand but I’m very disappointed now with a third 43” tv for a spare bedroom.  After set up I’ve spent ages trying to find out how to scroll Freeview channels only to find out it is no longer built in.  Samsung TV Plus interface etc is not for me.  I live in the U.K. and I want traditional U.K. tv channels.  I don’t want an external Freeview box so that’s the end of my relationship with Samsung.

Did you check if it's got anything to do with the new 'freely' service?

When you brought it, did it say it had freeview? What model did you get?

I mean you don't see TVs without it built in anymore, unless old model

Ita part of TV plus... once you tune it it terrestrial TV is normal numbers and TV plus us 1111+ 4 digits.
Also they won't set Freeview as they a licensed product. Samsung use Samsung TV plus as an interface for Terrestrial TV.
