Wrong Channel Numbers/Order

2024 Samsung QN85D, set up in correct region (London), connected to aerial, no tv box. Freeview channels seem to be numbered wrongly, as shown in photos. Have cleared channels and retuned, and have done a factory reset, with no luck. Any advice aside from re-numbering them all manually? Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It is a brand new tv, and has been this way since setup. Yes, double checked the post code.

I have just bought a Q60D 43 inch for my Mother in law and have exactly the same issue.
