When trying to pick art from the art store it asks me to renew my subscription. The problem is my subscription is active. I tried signing out and in from my profile. Both on the tv and through the app smart things. Any ideas how to solve this problem which I understand is pretty common? Doesn’t feel right to pay for something that’s not working.

I just had my Frame installed yesterday and today my subscription won't work, even though it says "subscription is active." It's frustrating to see this is a common problem without an easy solution.

Same issue here and I would cancel/re-subscribe but I have the 12 mo sub and don't feel like addressing the payment issue. Messaging with Ckeckout CS and will advise if I get resolution

Had the same problem. Called Samsung Tech Support and spoke to a rep and they indicated the TV was likely in the middle of an update and glitched (it did update around that time). They instructed me to hold the power button on the remote for 8 seconds (this reboots the TV) and when it rebooted a short time later the account was resolved. You can also reboot by unplugging while the TV is on.

Having the same problem. Started after Samsung asked me to reset password after 6 months on my account. Now art store says I already got a subscription on my account but it does not let me use the subscription. Major bug!

Ok, thank to the one who suggested to sign in with a different account and then back to the account with the subscription. That worked! I made a new Samsung account solely for this purpose. Logged into the TV, then turned off the TV by holding off button for 20 sec for hard reset (maybe not necessary). Then turned on again, went to Art store still logged in as the new account. Then logged back in with my old account. Went back to art store to finally see my art work with subscription. Hope this helps for others too. Or that Samsung fixes this. Thank you!

Thank you! So no need to cancel any subscriptions. Just log into an account without an subscription and then back to the one with a subscription seems to be the trick.

Don't count on Samsung fixing this... It has been going on for years...
