When trying to pick art from the art store it asks me to renew my subscription. The problem is my subscription is active. I tried signing out and in from my profile. Both on the tv and through the app smart things. Any ideas how to solve this problem which I understand is pretty common? Doesn’t feel right to pay for something that’s not working.

Same. Additionally all my favorites are gone, except for one that was recently added. Very frustrating! It seems to be affecting the settings of the actual TV too. Auto off and dimming, etc.

Same thing. Does not recognize subscription. Very annoying- no fix?!?

the only thing i have not tried is to reset to factory settings. seems like a ridiculous thing to have to do but I'm wondering if that will solve the issue. the alternative is to sit around waiting for it to fix itself?

I’ve tried a reset and unfortunately it’s not worked. My subscription isn’t even visible on my Samsung services list at the moment. Hoping a software update will fix it

All - I don't know if it fixed itself or not, but before I noticed it did get fixed, this is what happened.
Turned on TV after not having messed with the art stuff anymore. Went to the art app, the app never loaded and the TV asked me to reset the internet connection. I followed the prompts and it reconnected to my internet. Voila, everything is back to normal!
hope yalls get fixed too.
