@Poison42: Where are you based, and where did you purchase the TV from? I would suggest reaching out to the retailer/point of sale to raise this with them, as the set should have come packaged with a One Connect box. Buying one separately is risky, as the One Connect boxes are typically calibrated to the sets they're intended to be used with, so I'd explore the above option if possible.
