We bought a new 65" Frame TV, but we cannot complete the Art Store subscription. I have a Samsung account and a connected credit card already. When I try to subscribe via the TV, it makes me scan a QR code, which loads fine on my mobile. I go through all the steps on the mobile page and submit to pay, but the transaction never completes. I keep seeing a loading icon forever. So I am unable to purchase the subscription. I've raised a ticket with support who have been completely useless. They said they escalated the issue to tech support, who is yet to come back to me. It's been over 1 month. Has anyone found a solution by any chance? Thanks!

I sympathise with you, I purchased my Frame TV nearly a year ago and have now given up trying to subscribe to the Art Store despite numerous attempts and a call to technical support that went no where, each time I get as far as scanning the QR Code then it either hangs or rejects the code I am given, absolutely useless.
