I own Samsung Frame TV LS03 and from time to time when I click a button on my controller, the TV register it like 50 times !
It is totally crazy when I want to increase the volume once by a single click and TV goes all to the max. When this happens late in night my neighbors must go crazy ! Thank you kindly Samsung ! This is total absurd.
Not mentioning it happens to other buttons to – when I use arrows, instead moving once, it moves like 10 times and I cannot select the option I wish to select. The TV is not operational when it happens.
When I use the TV now I’m afraid to increase the volume, not knowing if it go the max again, without me being able to stop it.
I've tried all the "solutions" like repairing the remote, fully charging batteries, resetting to factory defaults, etc. Nothing works.
