I have 2 50" QN90A TV's. I really like them. On one of them I decided to upgrade the firmware from version 2101.2 to 2111.1. But after doing that my Bluetooth headsets no longer work. I have both the sonny mk4 and mk5 headsets.
On my TV running firmware version 2101.2 they work perfectly. But on the other that just upgraded to 2111.1 they connect, then immediately disconnect and even the way it disconnects, it turns the headphones off. Can I downgrade my TV back to the working firmware version 2101.2? My model number is QE50QN9-AATXXU.
Does anyone have a download link for 2101.2 for UK TV's, that I can install via USB?

@theculturedvulture That is very interesting, The Sony MK4 uses Bluetooth version 5.0 and the MK5 uses Bluetooth version 5.2, so it seems anything with Bluetooth 5.0 and up is now broken. Can I ask what is your other headphones version?
I have a complaint logged with the technical team to see if this can get sorted. I will keep you posted

@theculturedvulture no luck from Samsung. They say there is nothing wrong with the 2111 update and that it is something in my house causing the issue. I am very disappointed. I decided to get rid of them. Instead I have just ordered 2 SONY BRAVIA XR-48A90KU 48" TV's as a replacement. I dont like that Samsung have ads on the TVs as well as a few other things. I am getting my new TV's from Currys on Saturday. Really looking forward to getting them.
OLED screen, Dolby atmos, No annoying popup messages about stupid stuff like dolby atmos disconnected when you stop using the sound bar. Going to be awesome! Never again will I get a Samsung.

Really bad customer service from Samsung. My Sony works in another Samsung TV we have (update 1113) since it is an older model. So I think the TVs are the issue.

After updating samsung q70a to version 2111.1 I have the same bluetooth disconnection problem on Sony WHXB910N headphones. For now, I solve my problem by choosing multi-output audio in the menu, then the headphones connect stably. In this position, the remote controls the TV speakers. Turn the TV volume down to 0 and control the headphones with your own control.

Same issue here with QN90A, firmware 2111.1 and Sony MK5.

I am very disappointed in Samsung. I explained the situation, they said nah not an issue with our firmware, but an environment issue in your house causing the problem.
I am getting 2 Sony 48" A90k TV's tomorrow. I know OLED is not as bright as QLED, but I am fine with that. I love that it has Android TV OS. Looking through some of the settings videos on youtube, the amount of customisation is insane. I cant wait to get them.
I will never get a Samsung TV again! I am so disappointed with Samsung. I had a Samsung TV for years.

Thank you! This works for me as well But I can't believe I'd have to do this just to use my Sony. Please Samsung fix this issue immediately!!!
