I have Q7 TV which is 6 years old and is has started to intermittently lose WIFI, Bluetooth and remote control connection (except power button) all at the same time. Sometimes it is just for 10-30 seconds, sometimes I need to unplug. It can take numerous attempts before it connects again. I have done a system and box reset, and confirmed firmware is up to date.
Any ideas?
