plus net email accounts

Cant set up my mums email account which is plysnet, it says imap or pop settings not set up, how do I do this pleaas help as she lives on her own and needs this sorted before I go home! Tnx

@JillD: If you would like to set up an email account as a POP3 or IMAP account then please head to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts > Add Account > Scroll to the bottom of the list of options > Select POP3 or IMAP, and run through the on screen instructions. For clarification on which option is required, please reach out to Plusnet support directly.
