How long does trade in normally take?

I sent my tablet to samsung recycle/ MTR group last Friday, received email Monday 15th package recieved from them but it's now Friday 19th and still not received any further email confirming checked device OK or not. It's never been this long before, with trade in for amount off new device or when I have sold directly for cash with MTR. Should I be concerned.

I think it should say on the website the terms an conditions how long it takes. If you have concerns contact customer service as this forum is for customers as well.
