Samsung contacted me via email saying points were deposited but I'm not seeing them on my account. Any ideas what the issue could be

Not much you can do- I would give it more time to show up. *make sure the email is the same as your account.

If they dont show contacting customer support is the only thing you really can do

I did contact customer services they're saying they deposited them but I'm not seeing them. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue

Sometimes it can take a bit to show up
If you've just purchased something, theres usually a couple of weeks before they show up in your account

Yeah it's been 6 weeks since I got my tablet delivered. Samsung saying they deposited the points on the 9th August 2025.
