how to turn off 2020 galaxy tab A navigation bar rotation?

is there any way to lock navigation bar into up,instead it rotating to down then screen roates?

i find it super annjpying?

why isnt there option if i want have my navigation bar in up on screen or at down at my screen?

its super annoying that navigation is at down and I accidentally touch it while typing and closing chrome with accidental touch.

SO WHERE HELL IS OPTION IS TO PREAMANETLY LOCK NAVIGATION BAR ON UP ON MY SCREEN INSTEAD DOWN.

AND SAMSUNG PLEASE FIRE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT PROVIDE THIS OPTION AND MADE TABLET PAIN IN THE TO USE..

same here,I would also like to lock bar in up instead down..I don't get it why navigation needs to be always at screen bottom and why it can't be lock at your up..
