Hi all,
First post here, so I hope you can solve it. (I actually posted the same but accidentally did it on an American forum, and they told me to come here...)
I have a work-provided Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro 5G. Some months ago now the microphone icon disappeared from the keyboard, and I haven't been able to get it back.
I have trawled the web looking for a fix, but to no avail.
I've gone into the General Management section and reset it to default, toggled on and off the "keyboard button of the navigation bar", made sure voice typing is enabled etc etc...
The only thing I can think of is that the tablet has actual physical buttons (home, back, etc), and the update may have been made for devices with those buttons that are now on the touchscreen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

No, not using Samsung Notes.
I used to use the dictation feature whenever the keyboard popped up. I work out on site and sometimes wear gloves, so this feature was very useful when I needed to type. I just spoke to the tablet, and it typed what I wanted (in any app like Chrome/Edge, a Word doc etc), but for a good few months now the microphone icon from the keyboard has disappeared.
See the screenshot below
Thanks
