Since getting the Tab S10 halfway through watching films it buffers and I have to restart. Same for apps that need a refresh like email or weather - they get stuck in a loop and don't refresh until restart Happens on Flip 7 too on weather and emails. I don't stream films on phone
Not a WiFi issue so must be software.
Anyone else similar?

Hi.
When you bought your device have you transferred data via Smart Switch? This might have facilitated some bug transfer, although I use Smart Switch every time and my devices work fine, although I am aware I might transfer residual data as well.
How is your memory like on these devices?
Have you tried using the RAM plus feature on Device Care App and also cleaning memory and RAM on this app weekly at least?
I have noticed that is not good to overload a tablet with Apps, and not even a phone, but the phone comes better, so it might help to uninstall apps you don’t need on the Tablet, while for the phone is strange what is happening, and I believe it's got something to do with the memory of them phone. Strange how both your devices have the same problem.
Try performing Wipe Cache Partition on your devices as well.
You can also download Good Guardians App and do some system optimization from there as well. It's a Samsung native app, not 3rd party.
Here is a link for reference.

Other users would recommend that you uninstall all your apps and download them again. Also check Google and Samsung app shops for updates on individual apps.
You can use your phone and tablet on Safe Mode to find out wich apps are causing the problem.

I'd recommend restarting your router and performing some checks online with websites as the problem sounds more like your internet provider, especially as you mentioned it happens to both devices. This is usually the case when experiencing any buffering or other related connection issues.

Even so, adding more devices to your router can and does put more strain on it's operation. It's common to get WiFi connection issues when too many devices are overloading a router. A simple restart can often remedy the problem temporarily, but if overloaded, in the long term will continue to throw out connection issues and usually to a random connected device.

But only happens on Samsung. It's not a router issue

Both your issues relate to a connection problem, so I'd be more inclined to disagree. Samsung are not known for manufacturing and selling faulty wireless devices over Apple or any other manufacturer, so insinuating this issue is directly attributes to them, sounds quite unlikely. Having owned and using 15+ Samsung phones and tablets running Android over the years, I'm confident in saying they experience no WiFi connection issues any worse off than any of my other branded devices like Xiaomi, Honor, Huawei, HTC, Sony, Nokia, LG etc.

All non Samsung WiFi reliant devices are fine . My router has been restarted for different issues and no change. It's not a big problem but is Samsung related 100%
