Hello everyone 🙂
I am unable to connect to a Galaxy A9+ through unattended access via Host as it keeps telling me it is unable to connect. I have found a few posts on forums which talk about an issue related to Knox and that I need to change some settings. The only guide that I've seen uses something called Microsoft Intune; is this something that I need to download to fix this problem or can I adjust the necessary settings on my TeamViewer account on my PC (the controlling machine) or the Galaxy A9+ (the controlled machine)? I hope this makes sense... Thanks!

PC is a home machine running Windows 11, the Galaxy is a personal machine too. Both have TV installed (the Galaxy has Quick Support, which works, and Host, which doesn't). Free versions of TV.

@Tourbillon De La Vie Is this an easy thing to do?

Is there some firewall running on the pc

No, nothing, just the basic Windows Defender stuff.

I posted a similar message on the TeamViewer forum and the consensus seems to be that unattended access is no longer possible with a free licence. Is there a Samsung moderator on here that could confirm this please?

That's sounds plausible. If yes then nothing Samsung or any other company can do about it. Did you try direct access rather than unattended

It works fine with Quick Support, but obviously I need someone to authorise the call as my aunt is blind and can't navigate the screen properly.
