I bought a galaxy s10fe tablet which had a cashback offer on it.
I've tried numerous different methods of trying to register... each time the screen either greys out or freezes, when part way through registration
I contacted them, they said send images of this and various proofs - which I did- but still the issue continues and still they haven't paid up.
They've now sent a new link to re register on their Web site, I get a little way in and it greys and freezes again. I cleaned my browser and cookies but it still happens.
Can anyone tell me the problem.
