S23 was faulty is 4 four months old on Use C PORT stop charging issue I asked for the replacement, Samsung would not send the replacement out Samsung say Samsung S23 not in stocks but check online today Samsung online shop it's in stocks if I order online shop delivery 18th October

 
I am keep phone several times but Samsung Electronics no control over delivery department or warehouse who despatch my phone S23. 
 
I don't think they have no control I think Samsung no hurry to SEND ME my sooner when received emails from samsung it saying delivery from 23th October onwards because I am paying for replacement phone samsung thinking that I can wait I am nobody than more piece of dust
 
Every time contract Samsung I have proper answers Samsung Electronics doesn't want to refund full amount of £899.
 
I think Samsung no hurry to sending replacement S23 but only excuses.

A device that is 4 months old - Samsung would usually arrange a repair not a replacement.

Has this been offered to you under the warranty?

Did you purchase your device direct from Samsung or from a carrier?

I given 2 times repair but they don't warranty repair or replacement. I have given two chance repair.

I would not buying Samsung product again rotten customer services.

Your device has a warranty (either 1 or 2 years) from Samsung.

Any repairs that are done during this time by law form part of this warranty.

If I understand you right and it has had 2 repairs already, you would be well within your rights to request replacement or refund.

Out of interest, did you pay for it using a CREDIT CARD? If so and you are UK based, approach your card company on a Section 75 Claim.

When I request refund samsung told me we will arrange refund, samsung confirmed by email refund in process two days. Samsung told me you go and buy replacement phone. Yesterday samsung decided to send me replacement S23 by DPD. But I already purchased replacement phone I don't know what samsung are doing? I phone samsung again they have When they phone back they will refund me back money. Also telephone Credit Card company open the despite.

So when the replacement is delivered, reject the delivery.

Samsung will also not refund the faulty device until they collect that so you need to arrange a collection for that via Samsung.

I return label from samsung samsung say sorry by mistake despatch phone.
