Samsung shop app/website

Why is this official Samsung app to shop on a complete diaster to use, filters dont work,  bundles are not upto loyal members wasting anymore money.  For such a high technology company, website is a disgrace, crashing,  repeatedly showing same 5 products for sale over and over again 😬😬😬

How odd—I've experienced absolutely zero issues. I've bought monitors, watches, and phones. I've never had an issue. Last purchase back in February- so unless a bad update has been pushed

There were 2 versions on my phone at 1 point so I removed 1 and updated the other. I had only noticed because it didn't show my vouchers/offers

There's the Samsung Shop and Galaxy Shop apps in the Galaxy Store on the S25 Ultra. The Samsung Shop is the better app which does not just simply open a webpage view. For other devices, the Samsung Shop app is available on the Google Play Store.
