Samsung EPP UK "email address is invalid"

Hey

I've been struggling to get discounts on Samsung EPP. Whenever I try to sign into the https://shop.samsung.com/uk/multistore/ukepp/uk_networks/auth/multistore which is redirected from my employer benefits app (help@hand), I sign into it with my Samsung Account and when it straight away asks for employer email address I get the error "Invalid email address - Please check"

I have tried several email addresses from different companies just to see if I get the same error and every time I do get the same error that the email address is invalid.

I tried creating Samsung account with my employers email address and I still get the same error.

I tried different browsers, different devices - same error.

I tried contacting Samsung Support and they have told me to contact my employer - don't know why exactly as the issue seems to be on Samsung side.

Anyone knows how to solve it by any chance?

You will have to contact your employer.
They would send you their link to the EPP site.
Sounds like you may have the wrong information sent to you

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

I use a similar scheme (perks@work) and for that I had to create an account with Perks and signed in there. Then search for Samsung and it then takes me to a Samsung Website (not the standard Samsung.com but a corporate links version although they look similar).

From there you are able to place your order at the discounted prices available.

I've never signed into a Samsung Account through that route and (I'll happily be corrected on this next part) I've never been able up stack other discounts from outside of the Perks at Work login.

Hi and Welcome.

As Far as I know your email has to be registered with your company.

Also I am presuming your company has Samsung as an app partner.

If that's the case check with other colleagues if their link is working or not.
