I didnt Upgrade my samsung watch because they don't have seperate billing and shipping address like every other online retailer.
I will never buy another Samsung TV. I attached my external hard drive and samsung will not Play over 70% of the movies. And of course their app area has nothing like for instance VLC which will play anything.
I used to like Samsung but it has turned into a totally different company and they could be arrogant before but not anymore. I have had many conversations with Samsung departments and they could care less about their customers. They dont listen which is why nobody is buying and every other news i see is some discount. Your loosing customers because of many reasons. One we could less with your products than before

They may have changed the separate and billing since i tried to purchase but after calling several times and then they agreed and then silence.
As far as tv. Have you looked at app section. I have seen most apps from other countries and offer only a 7 day trial. Most if my movies are avi. Cant play avi. And several other formats. Why? There mine. Why would they block any video from being played. They offer no alternative like VLC which will play anything. You can find on reddit programmers trying to pot to tizen. Should samsung want us to enjoy our products instead finding all the things it cannot do. I will continue putting them down for listening dome marketing person in korea. Why discounting the new to almost nothing if you trade in your old one. Because they have already been surpassed. Im wearing a no name watch right now that does more than theirs and only paid $38. Namely it reads oxygen levels in your blood. Samsung performance hasel dropped below no name brands that are much much cheaper

They didnt at the time. I even was lucky enough to get support on the phone and they themselves at the time said they couldnt do it. Seems to me another example of how slow they are to correct things

Ive already explained this. I even had support and sales on. The phone and actually spoke to them. They aplogized and said they couldn't do it. Its been sometime. But shows me how slow they are to correct issues. I cant to this day click dint make me do this double check or whatever and it still make me go through everytime. I've also received a message I am In a UK forum. I didnt do that. Samsung at it again.

Whoever said i was in UK. Check there United states in the list. This unbelievable. I have even mentioned the first watch I purchased would not do certain things. Turns out the retailer our purchased watches in another country to save money and I couldnt use the sane Features as everyone else. First 8 couldnt understand they call it a specific name (the watch) but because it was sourced from a cheap retailer i couldnt use specific features. Why call each watch something different so you know exactly what your getting. I remember one feature that actually enticed me to out hase was pay by touching. Seems my watch couldnt do it. U could understand disabling certain features. I bet the apple watch in china has things disabked from us versions. But. My watch did even have the features in them and could not be added. I argued with Samsung for months and they ignored me

Samsung isnt the least concerned for end users and have been playing off their name for some time. Unless something drastic happens i see them going under. My experience has been horrible and they offered anything mote than sorry after I had spent thousands.
