Hi @421447 , I've moved your post to here as it was off-topic for where it was originally.
Can you share more info? E.g. Are you using the Shop app or the website? What were your trying to buy? What method of payment are you trying; and any more on exactly how it's not working e.g. any error messages you're getting?

Same here, tried placing an order earlier today and the payment just wouldn’t go through. Not sure what’s going on with their system.
