Can you share more info? E.g. Are you using the Shop app or the website? What were your trying to buy? What method of payment are you trying; and any more on exactly how it's not working e.g. any error messages you're getting?

Same here, tried placing an order earlier today and the payment just wouldn’t go through. Not sure what’s going on with their system.

I gave up trying to buy the 25 edge same problem contacted samsung got no deal missed double mem so I gave up

Some banks and their authentication seem to be more 'sensitive' than others.

I have previously found failed attempts and cancelled orders when I used my Lloyds Bank credit card. For some reason the purchase seems to cause a red flag 🚩 with their system.

However usually after going through the process a second time it has resolved for me. It was usually something strange with their 2FA server. For me this wasn't from the samsung end, but from my bank and the purchase price.

Strangely my other card (wirh HSBC) always goes through first time every time. 🤔
