Hello,

 
Does anyone know who the ombudsman is for Samsung OR any information about escalating your complaints if samsung is not helpful. Relieved extremely bad service.  Samsung withholding goods in breach of The Consumer Act 2015.

No Ombudsman.

Your option is to consult a solicitor.

Hi @Members_MEWzqyz  can you provide more specifics on unsatisfactory service? if this can not be solved internally (follow information from Moderators)  some information that will assist you. Samsung's customer service is a disaster. Escalating the case won't help you because you'll get the same answer

A bump. Hopefully the person who had a serious complaint at the Samsung Experience Store in London, sees this.

Samsung are a joke, ordered a tv 8 days later received an email saying order cancelled! Called and was told Samsung finance issue, called finance and they said nothing wrong with finance....called Samsung back now say the item is out of stock! Ridiculous!
