I ordered fold z5 online exclusive, galaxy watch 6, buds pro on 15th sept and was meant to be delivered on 29/09
now i know the online exclusive takes 3-4 weeks however today is 19th oct and till now there is no update or revised delivery date
i hear patent script that its waiting to be allocated and yet no sight of delivery. No update and i am losing the avenues to try. Can anyone advise. I know this is a known issue but over a month is a long time.
I ordered a Tab S9 with a free watch6 44mm on the 27th of sept . it was due on the 10th and ive had absolutely no update . Same as you constant stock allocation via live chat. Its an embarrassment to say the least and no communication at all.
