Recently ordered the S25 Ultra with two phone cases and few other items. One of the cases I ordered was described as red coloured. On opening the box, it transpires that Samsung think neon pink is red.
I requested a refund to find Samsung wanted to charge a return fee of 25% of the item!
I expressed that the customer should not be penalised by inaccurate product descriptions by the seller.
The first customer service rep cut me off and the second really tried to get a full refund approved but their manager wouldn't let them.
In many countries, such as my own, we have consumer protection laws that are meant to protect against such situations. Samsung are blatantly in breach of those laws yet seem to be immune to any form of accountability. They don't reply to posts and seemingly have no complaints policy.
Unless you are 100% sure, as in, seen the item in real life, please don't trust these wannabe criminals with your money. They don't care about your experience or happiness.
Samsung you've lost me as a customer. The lottery feels a better investment.
