How to escalate a complaint to higher than customer services?

Samsung have blocked my phones, been over a week now that I have been trying to sort out, customer services are equally as frustrated as myself as the trade in department have no internal or external contact number apparently. I have explained to customer services and to the trade in department, who I had asked for an extension to return the trade in phones and declined. I have very personal reasons why I did not return my trade ins timely, which I will not go into on here. However I am beginning to think the people in the trade in department are not human! The whole matter been distressing, I had pleaded with them for an extension and not to block the phones for again personal reasons. 

I completed two on line forms to the CEO link on their website, over a week, both times it is confirmed that they endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours nothing. Where to next, apart from getting the matter sorted I really want to feedback on the whole experience.

I have also sent an email to Deborah Honig the Chief Customer Service Exec, not even sure the right email but has not bounced back, honestly it is just so frustrating. Any suggestions or anyone at Samsung willing to pick up the phone and call me? thanks
