SAMSUNG HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I ordered my first item a washing machine in the UK online, had 2 week delivery date, on the day i was expecting it , i received an email its delayed has been delayed for a further 2 weeks.

i rang customer service who are extremely useless and all they do is speak nicely and friendly with no resolution. I asked what is the delay and apparently the stock hasn’t been allocated and il receive it by mid April, that’s like a month when I ordered.

Today i just did a mock buy checked online for the same washing machine and its giving me an option for delivery for Wednesday! 

so basically my order is stuck somewhere to be allocated delivery and I can’t find anyone apart from these useless customers advisers based in Thailand i think who are not interested in resolving your complaint and just tell you what you already know!

I spent i don't know how long trying to complain. There's no complaints department that I found. They kept putting me through to sales, which was the dept I had a problem with. Couldn't speak to a supervisor. No email, no phone numbers for to complain to id personally try trading standards. Worst customer service I have ever come across

Hi. I had the same problem last year. I cancelled my order as I couldn't wait. Can you do that ?

Good point, believe me I would have cancelled it straight away and give my money to someone else who cares about customer service but i had used a code via an organisation which resulted in a discount of more than 30% off the price and that is not available anymore hence I'm still waiting and having to deal with this ***** service and company.

I am frankly shocked Samsung is such a massive company but they have the worse customer service, why have they not invested in customer service like all others do? Surely it will hit their profits.

What company does not provide a resolution when you complain?

None of the customer service advisors even attempted to try to escalate my complaint and investigate it to help me, its the usual squeaky Thailand accent, being extremely nice and frankly patronising but not offering any resolution.

Spot on, the worse customer service company.

Even a vape shop down the road would without a doubt would give me better service.

The advisors that are on the phone are a complete joke, they couldn’t care less, the tone, you can tell they don't care, but all you get it them being extremely nice and friendly like you would to cheer a child up, but offer no resolution. This is not the usual British customer service !

i will never ever be using Samsung products in the future with the fear of having major issues if anything went wrong.

Ahhhh ok. I see what you mean. Its unfortunately a no-win situation.
Try emailing the Escalations Team. It says CEO , but you get through to the team who resolved a complicated complaint I had in the past. They were fantastic in fact. I hope they can help you.
