Still Waiting for Promised Free Earbuds – No Response from Customer Service or CEO

I was promised a pair of free earbuds as part of a Samsung promotion and have been waiting since 8th February. Despite multiple follow-ups, including emails to customer service and the CEO, I have received no response.

This has been incredibly frustrating, as I expected better communication and support from Samsung. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Not sure what else to do at this point. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi! Is this for the S25 Ultra? Did you preorder the s25U? Did you make sure to enter the promotional code?

To be clear, your original receipt shows the buds? Many missed out because they didn't know you had to enter a code.

*im making assumptions as theres not a lot of detail

*in terms of personal experience I had mine delivered with my phone. 1st feb

Yes it was for the preorder for S25 ultra.

I used promotional code. It didn't show on the receipt so I contacted CEO and they confirmed it would be sent after I reviewed it - which I did.

Contacted support by email and attached the email from the ceo office saying I was legible.

Despite chasing several times I have not received any replies nor my buds.

That doesnt make a whole lot of sense, being a code it shoudve just added itself to basket, and then the receipt.

Maybe try contacting @Sam_UK on here with all your details

I used the code when ordering rhe phone and Mine are showing on my order as order confirmed, expected by 28th Feb. Which obviously hasn't happened! Stock issues apparently. But I'd chase yours up as it doesn't sound right

It always is when things go wrong! Their customer service is rubbish. You just get scripted answers to your queries

If its not on your order and you ordered from Samsung directly, them likelihood the code wasn't entered or something went a miss. Everyone else seems to have had the buds on their order sheet, including me
