Still Waiting for Promised Free Earbuds – No Response from Customer Service or CEO
I was promised a pair of free earbuds as part of a Samsung promotion and have been waiting since 8th February. Despite multiple follow-ups, including emails to customer service and the CEO, I have received no response.
This has been incredibly frustrating, as I expected better communication and support from Samsung. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Not sure what else to do at this point. Any advice would be appreciated.
