Absolutely dreadful service from Samsung i pre ordered my s25 ultra and did not receive my free buds. I escalated it to customer service team and was told will get reply between 24 to 48 hours. However I called 4 times already and is told the same information that someone will contact me. It's been two weeks and no response. Appalling customer service.
Were the free buds meant to be delivered the same time as the phone?. Reason I'm asking is mine are due to arrive by the 28th Feb, but received my phone on the 1st Feb. I also had to put a code in at checkout for the offer of the free buds 3.
Did you pre order your phone online? If you did, like I did, check your order to see when the expected shipping date for the ear buds is. My phone arrived on the 1st Feb and the buds expected shipping date is 26th February. You should find it in the email sent when you ordered.
Assuming you bought directly from Samsung, you won't get a "code" for the buds.
During the order process, at the checkout, you had to enter a voucher code S25LIVE and the buds3 would then be added to your order. This was clearly explained on the S25 series order pages.
My buds 3 came with my S25 Ultra in the same pack.
