Absolutely dreadful service from Samsung i pre ordered my s25 ultra and did not receive my free buds. I escalated it to customer service team and was told will get reply between 24 to 48 hours. However I called 4 times already and is told the same information that someone will contact me. It's been two weeks and no response. Appalling customer service.

As the promotion you mention is being run by O2, it is not something we at Samsung have any control over, which means the voucher code will come directly from them.

In section 6, it is stated "Once the Qualifying Purchase is made customers will receive a unique voucher code via SMS 30 days after purchase to claim £199 off (Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Discount Voucher) one (1) pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro as listed in Table 1 below upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung Smartphone listed in Table 1 (each a “Promotion Product”) from O2 within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions."

I ordered direct from Samsung UK and the buds were automatically added to the order without me doing anything and they were delivered a week before the phone. I think I might have missed out on other discounts such as 10% cashback from Amex if I used that credit card for the order. There was 10% off from Samsung for using the Samsung app, £200 for any old Galaxy trade in, double your memory and probably others I was not aware of.  I received a birthday offer after I placed my order and there is a QR code on the  cardboard delivery packaging for 30% off accessories until March that I was not aware of until I saw it in this group. The motto is don't rush to order without seeing what offers are available.

Yes this was the follow up offers after pre-orders finished.

There were different offers in pre-order such as discounts, double storage, Buds3 and a case / charger for completing a review.

Both very good sets of offers.

I ordered direct from Samsung, Still waiting for my buds 3 too, expected delivery is 22nd Feb, apparently still out of stock on samsung website

Mine are due to be received by 28th Feb and not dispatched yet.  Very poor service - the main reason I upgraded rather than keep my old S22.

Won't make that mistake again.

I contacted Samsung on chat today. Mine also have not been dispatched today for delivery for tomorrow. Said they are awaiting stock and will dispatch as as they are available.

Pre-ordered and got the phone on 06/02/25, and my Samsung app showed Galaxy Buds 3 will be received on 24/02/25. On the 24th, the app showed I had already collected. But I didn't. I asked Samsung, and they said it will take 48-72 hours. Now it shows I raised a request to change, and now I have a new order number, and the new due date is 27 March. 1st they said they will arrange resend,but now it is exchange. Even it is not my problem. I have to wait.

I pre-ordered, got the phone 3rd of Feb, Buds3 said 'delivery by 28 Feb', it 3rd march, still says the same. Customer service on the phone and and on chat say same thing, we'll let you know when its dispatched, awful service.
