As the promotion you mention is being run by O2, it is not something we at Samsung have any control over, which means the voucher code will come directly from them.

In section 6, it is stated "Once the Qualifying Purchase is made customers will receive a unique voucher code via SMS 30 days after purchase to claim £199 off (Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Discount Voucher) one (1) pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro as listed in Table 1 below upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung Smartphone listed in Table 1 (each a “Promotion Product”) from O2 within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions."

I ordered direct from Samsung UK and the buds were automatically added to the order without me doing anything and they were delivered a week before the phone. I think I might have missed out on other discounts such as 10% cashback from Amex if I used that credit card for the order. There was 10% off from Samsung for using the Samsung app, £200 for any old Galaxy trade in, double your memory and probably others I was not aware of. I received a birthday offer after I placed my order and there is a QR code on the cardboard delivery packaging for 30% off accessories until March that I was not aware of until I saw it in this group. The motto is don't rush to order without seeing what offers are available.

Mine are due to be received by 28th Feb and not dispatched yet. Very poor service - the main reason I upgraded rather than keep my old S22.
Won't make that mistake again.

I pre-ordered, got the phone 3rd of Feb, Buds3 said 'delivery by 28 Feb', it 3rd march, still says the same. Customer service on the phone and and on chat say same thing, we'll let you know when its dispatched, awful service.
