Were you in all day to accept the delivery. Check your letter box for any ' we tried to deliver ' card.
Delays can happen unfortunately however its a reasonable expectation to be advised either by Samsung, or the delivery company.
What we see is if an exclusive online colour or particular storage option i.e ¹TB is ordered this can come hand in hand with delays.
Do have a look in your email spam folder.
And check any relevant delivery company app for any information.
You may need to call Samsung Support to ask for an update.
