Five S25 Ultra Orders, Samsung Can't Get it Right Once?

Hi Fellow Customers,

So far I received 5 (FIVE) S25 Ultra orders, between original and replacements, Samsung can't seem to get it right even once, a 100% failure rate as follows:

- 2 Packages got stolen by the shipping company (Instabox), they opened the boxes, took the phones, and only sent the Buds3 Pro forward (at least I got something!).

- 2 Phones DOA (Defective On Arrival), between rattling S-Pen, Overheating, Coil-whine, and red-tinted display.

- 1 Phone damaged in shipment, it was packaged in a way where protective material was not surrounding the retail box from all sides, one edge was exposed to impact, it seems the package was smashed during shipment, the shock impact transferred to the retail box and created a major compression dent towards the cameras side.

Out of all these orders, and after a month and a half from the original orders, all I got so far is a working Buds3 Pro, which is a brilliant product, very high quality, sounds great, very comfy to wear, and mic is great for calls, I love it!

However, I still do NOT  have a single working S25 Ultra phone, that is not either stolen, DOA, or damaged in shipment!

Is this most people's experience, where Samsung always manages to be sloppy and mess up something? or am I ridiculously unlucky, to have a 100% failure rate out of 5 different orders? not even a 20% success rate where I would've received one working phone out of all this mess? :smiling-face:

It is getting pretty boring, I lost interest in the product, and feel that I don't care anymore.....

Cheers!

Wow, this is very unfortunate. Shame that the two packages were stolen—the others being damaged is also unacceptable. I don't know if this is the factory or a shoddy delivery company damaging them, but this is not right.

Personally, I've never had a single bad experience with Samsung deliveries, in terms of delays, damage, or anything similar.

This definitely needs escalating, or even canceling and purchasing from a retailer directly. This has to be the most outrageous experience I've seen up to now

Shameful I say. Samsung doesn't have a very customer support service at times but this takes the biscuit totally dreadful 😕

Sounds like Samsung needs to use a different delivery service
Probably best to contact the Samsung Members Community in your region

Thank you for sharing your experiences @Tech_Master

I've not known a person be so unfortunate.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I paid almost £10 for next day delivery before 12pm. I was told between 7am and 12 midday
I am disabled, so the next day I sat in our middle room with the doors open so I can see the front door. Iam 75 years old in the UK and because I save on heating the corridor was cold my room the one Iam heating also became very cold. TV on silent
Suddenly at around 12 midday I received an email stating sorry we missed you. Pick your phone up tomorrow at some locker, which is 5-6 miles away from where I live which is impossible for me. I called curries where I bought the phone but no help other then ...oh the delivery driver from DPD cannot come back we return the £9.99 delivery charge. So then I got another message that the parcel is in the locker already. My daughter then drove all the way from her home 20 miles away and gave me a lift to the locker. It was so frustrating because Iam not a well person and can't walk properly.
The point Iam making is that if the person came to the door he could have rung me I was only 20 feet away. I heard no knocking and didn't see anyone. My eyes and ears are in good condition. I left a message with curries but no reply. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in my condition. If it wasn't for my daughter I would have had to take a taxi which is not cheap here
