How many times do you need to say bye before you actually do it.. might I suggest using the Samsung Stress app it will probably help..

You can just return it, no need to inform them, that's why they put the returns label in the box with the item you brought

Samsung arrange for DPD to collect it and update their systems to show its on its way back so the Samsung Returns Department are aware.

You can't just send phone back you have to tell Samsung first to arrange pick up by DPD and get reference number
