I ordered my new phone on the Samsung upgrade scheme 5 weeks ago. The order states 2-4 weeks for delivery. I have already made one monthly payment for a phone I haven't even received. Samsung support just keeps saying they will look into it but no further forward.
No idea what to do now! Do I cancel.order and potentially lose deposit and payment already made or keep waiting until they decide, if at all, to send my phone.
I have been on the upgrade scheme for a number of years and have never had this problem before.

Phone them up & tell them if it's not in your hand by next week you're going to cancel. That's what i did & it worked.
