Hello Samsung Community,
I ordered the Samsung S9 FE from the official Samsung website with a promised delivery date of October 2nd, 2024. However, it's now past that date, and my order hasn't even been dispatched. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but I haven’t received any clear answers about my order status.
This situation is extremely frustrating, and I feel like I’m being ignored. Please be cautious if you're planning to purchase from Samsung.com — this experience feels like a scam, and I don’t want others to go through the same hassle.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you have been notified that the product has shipped and the carrier has sent you a confirmation of pending pickup and tracking number then it won't have shipped.
This usually means there was an issue with stock (as long as your order was accepted and is in the "Order Confirmed" state, you need to open the dropdown on the order to see the actual state). Otherwise there might have been an issue with payment, which seems to happen a lot with Samsung. You should have received an email if that was the case.
I would suspect that given there has been bad weather in the UK and beyond it might be related to that.

They have literally poor management or they are making money from advance payment. this is big scam..!!
