VERY slow delivery

I ordered my Fold6 on 17th of August 24, I was told delivery would be before the 6th of September. A lot of excitement, expensive new case bought online (arrived weeks ago) new s-pen (arrived weeks ago)  , got an email on the 6th saying delivery is delayed to the 7th, then got an email again saying delivery is delayed to the 8th of September.. on my order still says it will arrive before the 8th of September  and it is now the 14th of September, no update, of delivery and just hanging in 'Order Accepted' in my tracking info. My excitement in getting a new phone has turned to frustration. I should have ordered from Currys, at least they keep their delivery promises.  as its been a month after such a massive initial spend and I have no item, I am convinced they overlook me when stock comes in... I even have an imei number for my new phone...... so it does exist (maybe) so where is it? Ive contacted customer service via online chat a couple of times, they cant find out any new information, just fob me off with a 'sorry and it will be dispatched as soon as possible'......... yeah right, this was a week ago, my order still states dispatch by the 8th of September. anyone else has had issues like this? or am I the lucky one 😡
