Samsung Website and Shop App not letting me place an order

Tried multiple times. I've tried Clearing Cache and Cookies, this happens on both the app and website and I've tried on multiple devices and browsers.

First I'm able to get to the Checkout stage (once the website actually let's me sign in), and it'll initially display the different delivery options.

I try to go for payment, Twice using PayPal, once using direct card payment. It'll freeze once I submit the order:

Then take me straight back to the payment stage, I'd try again, freezes, takes me back to the payment stage, this time erasing my details:

Try to enter my details again (name address etc) and it just... Stops working:

Once this happens, no matter what I do, it'll keep freezing like the last image.

Anyone else having this issue? I've reported it via the online chat.

I have tried to buy multiple times and have the same issue in December 2024. What a disgusting situation!

I am having this problem now, trying to checkout and it just loops back to the same screen, I have deleted the cart, deleted cache and data for the app and nothing
