Hi all
Got a great deal on a phone using a one time voucher. I ordered on Saturday was supposed to be delivered Sunday it's now Monday. It's gone from payment processing to order ackowledged I'm worried they will cancel it and I will lose my one time voucher. Customer supoort already replaced the voucher once as I accidentally used the wrong billing address so the order was cancelled. They told me they would only replace the voucher once regardless if anothre order cancellation happened that wasn't my fault.
Is it normal for things to go this slow? It's now 2 days late. I asked customer support for an update and they promised one but never got back to me.
