Hi all

Got a great deal on a phone using a one time voucher.   I ordered on Saturday was supposed to be delivered Sunday it's now Monday.   It's gone from payment processing to order ackowledged I'm worried they will cancel it and I will lose my one time voucher.   Customer supoort already replaced the voucher once as I accidentally used the wrong billing address so the order was cancelled.   They told me they would only replace the voucher once regardless if anothre order cancellation happened that wasn't my fault.

Is it normal for things to go this slow?  It's now 2 days late.   I asked customer support for an update and they promised one but never got back to me.

Well processing takes time, It took me 15 days to get my tab s9 ultra with keyboard and watch. There is a date and time they generally give you when your order will be sent out. As for processed it means just that and also they dont do anything on weekends. If its processed that means its been dealt with, and the voucher would of been used.

Give it some time, be a little patient, you sound like me and want it here and now lol.

Check your emails, and also contact samsung, im sure you would have had an order reference number. Check your account see if the moneys gone out if you even owe any money on the prodct.
