Samsung Cancelled my S25 Ultra order too!

Well i was expecting it and sure enough it has just happened.

Ordered on 2nd Feb and stuck on acknowledged until i received the cancellation email this morning.

Here is the response from the live chat.

I am having the exact same problem and am pushing for my price to be honoured as I ordered during the promotions and they took a week to cancel after the promotions were over

Sounds a bit like they didn't prepare enough for demand they should still honour the price and promotions under sales of goods act but if they have cancelled the sales contract then might be a problem

I am expecting contact from a senior manager due to me proving that customer representatives stated my order is in the warehouse waiting for collection by couriers twice

They cancelled my order too without an explanation after a week.

My order was sent out to my local dpd warehouse then returned to samsung.

Ordered same day as you and been told twice it on it way back to samsung, yesterday it was due to deliver today to then be told it coming back to watewhouse again.

Dpd in space of 12 hour was returning it to then showing it at local depot.

Samsung support seem to say anything to get you off chat or phone. They never follow up on raised tickets it's like a massive misselling act going on as during the 10 days of this they had my money and never returned it or can tell me whether I am actually getting it.

Was it a sim-bundled order? My order is also stuck at 'Order acknowledged' since last 4 days. I bought the Three sim bundle deal. Maybe something to do with the credit check but in any case they should provide clear explanation. Also, asking you to place another order at earliest convenience without honoring all the offers is outrageous.

I've read many stories of the phones being at dpd and then sent back. Why? Why can't it just be delivered to the customer? It's at the halfway point. Personally, I wouldn't buy off them again if they stupidly won't honour the original deal! Utter nonsense.
