So I've had quite a lot of issues with purchasing the S25+, but I did (at a higher price than I originally purchased due to technical issues), and the phone and sim arrived today.
I chose the 24 month contract with Three, £20 a month, with a £299 handset cost up front, with the contract increasing by £1.50 every April.
However the contract has come through today, and apparently its actually a £27 a month contract, but with a "£7 handset discount".... but only for the first 12 months.
My job is a Contract Manager, so naturally I've had a look through all emails, attached contracts, T&C's, website T&C's, and *nowhere* that I could find mentions its only £20 for 12 months, nor that its actually a £27 a month contract with a £7 discount for the first 12 months.
Is this an honest mistake, or is there a malicious T&C somewhere I've missed?

Phoned three, took 45mins to get through, they insisted because it was bought through Samsung, that Samsung were responsible for what contractual details were agreed.
From your experience, it should indeed be £20 a month for 24 months, with the only increases being £1.50 every April, right?

Aye, but I meant if you go over to here: Buy Samsung Galaxy S25 & S25 Plus | Price | Samsung UK
Pick the S25+ at 256gb (since the free double storage offer is now gone), then go down mobile contracts, till you see "Three" at £20pm, 24 month contract" - Theres nothing I'm missing that mentions its only £20 for the first 12 months, right?
I feel I'm going mad, this whole experience with Samsung has been *abysmal*
