Long waiting time

I ordered a samsung A35 256gb.

 It's 2 weeks past delivery date and I'm been told that they are waiting for stock allocation. 

 No estimated delivery time,please who has had this experience and how long did it take cos it's almost one month since I placed the order 🤔 

I'm in the Uk,delivery ETA was 28th feb

Hi and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you've had a delay like that. Something similar has happened to me once before but that was with one of the Samsung online exclusive colours.

But I wanted to ask whether you knew the A36 is due to be released quite shortly. It may be you've decided the A35 is the right phone for you but just wanted to ask if you were aware.

That would be due to this being a members-to-members community, non-staff. And it appears your question, "Who has had this experience?", seems to have elicited few responses.
