Samsung Cancelled my S25 Ultra order too!

Well i was expecting it and sure enough it has just happened.

Ordered on 2nd Feb and stuck on acknowledged until i received the cancellation email this morning.

Here is the response from the live chat.

Totally agree why would i "place a new order at my earliest convenience" for considerably more than i originally agreed!

Maybe i should"place a new order at my earliest convenience" with APPLE?

That's the least they should do, after all its not the buyers fault.

There are 4 Samsung phones in our household, a Samsung Vacuum, Samsung Microwave and i don't even know how many Tv's! Definitely gone down in my opinion now....

I wouldn't ever go with apple, lol. Sammy makes better stuff. Phone them up and have a sincere chat with someone explaining your frustration with this ordeal. I don't see any reason why they couldn't give you the same deal. I've seen some arguing that this is deliberately done to gain more revenue, and it may come across like that. I'm more intrigued to know why it gets returned when it's at the halfway point? Call them. I ordered the S25 ultra last week, and it was delivered by dpd next day. I actually refused the delivery as I realised that I was more keen on the S25+. I'm now waiting for delivery by the 22nd. Already paid for it. Hopefully, there will be no hiccups with the delivery.

true, if it happens to me as I expect it will, I would be seriously put off by Samsung. Although, am bit invested in their ecosystem but will definitely not be placing another order with them.

Same issue for me, similar to the other thread where there are several people complaining. Horrid customer support.

I have received an email saying my order didn't comply with thier terms of sale which is why it was cancelled. In the subject it says Fraud so now I am really concerned. They still haven't specified or provided any detail about the terms that my order didn't comply with. Interestingly, I just placed one order and my billing and delivery address are the same.

I signed for the £17 too and cancelled after 7 days. Upon checking my credit report I've seen no signs of hard or soft checks against me
