Samsung Cancelled my S25 Ultra order too!

Well i was expecting it and sure enough it has just happened.

Ordered on 2nd Feb and stuck on acknowledged until i received the cancellation email this morning.

Here is the response from the live chat.

This is the reply I get which is false as I have contacted the network provider three and they did not recieve any order under any of my details and when speaking to their customer support they stated it was a issue in their system.Screenshot_20250210_210228_Gmail~2_1000033309_1739221382.png

I also had a three contract and had email that I passed credit check but now I'm debating whether it actually happened might go check my credit rating

Nothing to do with credit rating, Samsung just didn't want to give you the price they quoted. I did the same deal after the pre order stange and it went through and I'm getting the phone. But I won't be getting the earphones and 150£ apparently! Really annoying company, you would think they would be good at this after 20 years of selling millions of phones

Had my problem escalated to the complaints team. This was their response.

Their systems do not need a week to decide whether to accept or reject an order.
At the same time, people who had the same issue and cancelled & reordered within the promotion had their orders immediately processed and delivered1739272635852.jpg

Has anyone had any updates from samsung that could be seen as positive. My end they keep stating they can't do anything even though it was their error.

Chat with support they cancelled my order as it was pricing error on website. While on chat I placed same order into my basket took screenshot and proved that the price is exactly same with my £100 discount code.
