It's bewildering a company this big can't sort out their website. I can't access the cart; it's been over one hour. Tried it on my phone (Chrome on Pixel) and on my tablet (samsung s9) and on the app and on my laptop (on chrome). Cleared cache, spoke to an advisor, did everything. It's just impossible. I guess i can't buy from Samsung..

I've been having the same issue over the past 5 days, doesn't work on any device, any browser, incognito mode, internet connection is a laughable excuse.
guess you guys are making too much money to care about sales, oh well

Same issue here. They don't seem to care. Trying to blame internet connection issues on my end. Which I don't have.

I had the same problem for days, support were clueless and don't know about this error. Don't let them go on about cookies and clearing the cache, this is not the problem!
This is the solution that worked for me.
1. Logout
2. Add an item to the cart and checkout
3. Log back in when asked
The reason is because an item you selected is out of stock.

All of that is nonsense.
I had the same problem for days, support were clueless and don't know about this error. Don't let them go on about cookies and clearing the cache, this is not the problem!

The reason is because an item you added to the cart is out of stock. It's a massive bug on the Samsung website.
