I'm the same. I contacted them on X and they replied.... If you're a current Samsung Upgrade customer, you can still get a new device after 12 months. Log in to the Upgrade Lounge > Select your device > Check out with your preferred payment option. For more details, call our Online Shop Team.

same happens here I tried everything I called everyone but they wont help me at all. I've bought my phone and according to the contract I would be able to upgrade it, however Samsung it is breaking the contract
